Dr. Bernd Baier

Profile:
Bernd Baier studied biology with a special focus on zoology and joined the reproductive toxicology laboratory at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma (department of Non-clinical Drug Safety, Biberach, Germany) in 2010. He is a study director for reproductive toxicology studies and reproductive toxicology expert for all therapeutic areas covered by Boehringer Ingelheim. As European Registered Toxicologist (DGPT) and project toxicologist he supports development of candidate substances from the late research phase into clinical testing. He has a special interest in data analysis and had the chance to participate in data sharing initiatives (eTOX, eTransafe) and is member of the CDISC SEND DART working group.
